Nick and I finally ate at Cracker Barrell...but I got hooked on their blueberry pancakes. I bought some of their yummy mix and Nick surprised me by making pancakes on a Saturday morning. 
He is quite proud of himself, and so am I...especially considering his specialty is limited to mac'n cheese with hotdogs (ewwww!). But look at these glorious pancakes!

And of course, here is me eating ALL of my pancakes! Yummy yummy! Now it's become a weekend tradition (well, for the last couple weeks) for Nick to make pancakes for breakfast. Lucky me!
